Ordering & Delivery/Production Schedule
We will jump through hoops to help you meet delivery/production deadlines. And, we provide one free typesetting of handbook & cover design proof*. Additional changes made after deadline dates will delay delivery and are subject to additional charges.
All production of the planner books (excluding the cover and school insert/s -please see below production dates) begins the day after the order is received.
Production time is estimated as seasonal demands, shortages, or any other reasonable causes can affect it.
Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CURRENT PAPER SHORTAGES, PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND/OR LONGER WAIT TIMES THAN ANTICIPATED BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF STOCK AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
Dated Planner Styles orders are required by May 1st to ensure timely delivery.
Non-Dated (generic) Planner Styles (approx. 30 Styles to choose from) orders are required by May 15th and can usually ship in 3 weeks after cover/handbook, etc. proofs are approved.
Custom-Designed Non-Dated (CAMERA-READY) Planner Style orders are required by May 1st to ensure timely delivery. NON CAMERA-READY custom-designed styles must be sent by March 30th in order to provide proofs before May 1st.
Folders, Handbooks, Calendars, Envelopes, Magnets, Vehicle Hang Tags, etc. – orders can generally be produced in less time, call for estimated date of delivery.
NOTE: Orders received after June 1st may require an additional 1-2 weeks for normal production due to heavy demand.
*FREE PROOF
Any material that requires typesetting or design (handbook/calendar pages, custom-designed non-dated planner styles, cover, advertising), will receive one free proof. Additional proofs are subject to a fee and can delay delivery.
Proofs are sent 1–2 weeks after we receive your order/materials.
Proofs must be approved within 3 business days to avoid delays.
We are not responsible for changes after the book is in process, but as always, will work with you in order to produce the most updated materials.
